S. BALASUBRAMANIAN

Mr. Balasubramanian is a bureaucrat from the Indian Postal Services and Ex-Chairman of the Company Law Board. Mr. Balasubramanian had joined the CLB in 1991 as a member and later became the Chairman of CLB in 2004. While the CLB was witness to high-profile corporate battles, the need for judicial experience at the helm of the Board was often felt, to which Mr. Balasubramanian did justice to and served as the Member and Chairman of the CLB for 18 years.

Mr. Balasubramanian, is an expert and specialist in Corporate and Financial Laws and during his Chairmanship has dealt and adjudicated upon several high stake matters ranging from the Birla brothers dispute to the Satyam scam, with rectitude. Mr. Balasubramanian after retiring from the post of Chairman of Company Law Board is regular consultant to RRG & ASSOCIATES.
