Mr. Krishna, handles the corporate advisory front and part of litigation and arbitration matters in RRG & ASSOCIATES. He is popular amongst the Clients for providing legal services relating to banking, finance, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and technological collaborations, mergers and acquisition, foreign direct investment, real estate and infrastructure projects and general advisory work across sectors. Mr. Krishna also handles several arbitration matters and is an expert and keen practitioner of alternate dispute resolution. He has been a keen practitioner of Competition Laws before Competition Commission, Competition Appellate Tribunal and Supreme Court.
